Masrour Barzani Visits Turkey and Meets with Erdogan

The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, is visiting Turkey and will meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

On May 9, 2026, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani paid an official visit to Turkey to discuss several issues with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Latest Developments and Bilateral Relations Barzani is also expected to meet with Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and other senior officials.

During those meetings, recent developments in Iraq and the region, as well as bilateral relations, will be discussed.
